Roof Vent

Ventilation is just as important in a greenhouse as providing and retaining warmth. So, an additional roof vent is never a bad idea. Our standard 0.825 x 0.73 m roof vents are operated with a manual opener, with a slide-bracket that you can move in and out and set to the desired position for the amount of opening you want. So, you can determine the best temperature and humidity for your greenhouse, and adjust appropriately.

Depending on the model and the size of the greenhouse, a certain number of (manual) roof vents are included in the purchase price as standard.

Variants

  • Axaflex

    Axaflex

For side vents, you need to have an Axaflex instead of a manual vent opener. This side-vent opener is shorter than the standard model, to allow free movement in the greenhouse without a long, protruding, opener bracket.

  • Automatic Vent Opener

    Automatic Vent Opener

People who don't want open and close greenhouse vents manually have the option of an automatic vent opener. This system automatically opens the vent when the temperature in the greenhouse rises to a set limit. The opener works without batteries or electricity, but with a hydraulic pump and a cylinder filled with oil. The oil expands in warm weather and the increasing pressure will cause the piston to open the window.

  • Spindle

    Spindle

A spindle is the ideal solution for roof vents at heights. You can open and close your roof vents with a just simple twist if you use the spindle rod that fits your vent opener.
